The SolutionPR proudly announces new client: The National Youth Transition Center (The HSC Foundation)

The SolutionPR is proud to announce the addition of another new client to our portfolio. The National Youth Transition Center (a division of The HSC Foundation), based in Washington D.C., will be the first of its kind to offer comprehensive care under one roof to young people with disabilities and veterans who have to make the difficult transition into the workforce.

More than 40 organizations are collaborating with the center that will see veterans and youth from around the nation. 12 of those organizations will actually be onsite in a new state of the art seven-story facility. The center is designed to help young people ages 14-26, who have physical, sensory intellectual, and emotional disabilities, whether they were born with them or received them on the battlefield. The NYTC not only gives them a place to receive treatment and share experiences, the staff there and employment scouts help prepare them for the workforce and assist in job placement.
