Founder and President

Wendy Greenwald, the Founder of The SolutionPR, has built and run public relations operations for more than 20 years. She served as Chief of Staff to Congressman Ron Wyden (D-OR)(now a U.S. Senator), as well as his Director of Communications and Media.  Prior to that, Wendy worked as Director of Communications for National Strategies, Inc., a political consulting and lobbying firm. There, she supervised and developed national media campaigns for clients covering issues from telecommunications to securities. Wendy has served as Media Director for several successful local and national campaigns around the country. And at Edelman Public Relations, she managed and developed communications strategies for several high-profile litigation cases and served as U.S. press liaison for several international governments.

Throughout her career, Wendy has built solid relationship with the business, trade, and consumer press – relationships based on her reputation for sound news judgment and a proven track record of bringing only the most newsworthy events, issues, products and companies to editors’ attention.

The SolutionPR president, Wendy Greenwald, was selected as one of the three finalists in the Communications category for the Denver Business Journal’s 2007 “Outstanding Women in Business” award.

Senior Account Executive

Sheryl Bass, Senior Account Executive, comes to The Solution PR from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in Louisville, Colorado, where she was the Corporate Communications/PR Manager.  Additionally, Bass has interned for the Daily Camera newspaper in Boulder, Colorado, worked for the Boulder County Business Report, served as Communications Coordinator for Quiznos corporate office in Denver, Colorado and acted as an Account Coordinator for Boulder high-tech PR firm, Catapult PR-IR. Bass holds a Masters Degree in Print Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
